Your Payment is fully refundable if:

• Weather conditions don't allow us to go out
• Any reason as long as the cancellation request is made 24 hours before our meeting time*.

• Any medical condition with a medical certificate or prescription.

We can't refund if the cancellation it's less than 24 hours before the activity or without any medical proof.

In case of a " NO SHOW" we do not refund the payment

​

We will try to always find a solution as rescheduling for another day.
